Mr. Bungaran Saragih | The main commissioner

     Appointed as Commissioner since August 2013 and has 47 years experience in the oil palm plantation industry. Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Borneo Utan Survival Foundation since 2006 and advisor to PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk., Since 2006. Previously he served as Chairman of the Board of Governors at the International Fund for Agricultural Development and Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia. Mr. Bungaran Saragih obtained a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics from the Bogor Agricultural Institute in Indonesia, Master of Arts in economics, statistics and business from North Carolina State University in the United States and a doctorate in economic philosophy from North Carolina State University in the United States.

Mr. Marzuki Usman | Commissioner / Independent Commissioner

     Appointed as Independent Commissioner since August 2013 and has 46 years experience in palm oil plantation industry. He has served as a member of the Advisory Board at Duke University's Center for Islamic Studies since 2006. He previously served as Senior Advisor to Rama Asuransi, Advisor at PT Moores Rowland Indonesia, Adviser at PT Grant Thornton Indonesia, President Commissioner at PT Bursa Berjangka Jakarta, Minister of Forestry Republic Indonesia, President Commissioner of PT PP London Sumatra Tbk, and President Commissioner of PT Piesta Dinamika Consult. Mr. Marzuki Usman earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Gajah Mada University, Indonesia and he holds a Master of Arts of Economy degree in economics at Duke University Durham, North Carolina, USA in 1975.

Mr Rimbun Situmorang | Commissioner

     Appointed as Commissioner since August 2016 and as President Commissioner of our subsidiary, PT Kalimantan Sawit Abadi since 2011.

Previously served as Director of the company under Citra Borneo Indah Group from 2000 to 2016. Mr. Rimbun Situmorang, Ir. has 16 years experience in oil palm plantation industry.

Previously also served as Head of Commerce from PT Barito Putra Nirwana and Marketing Manager PT Mendawai Putra. Mr. Rimbun Situmorang, Ir. obtained his bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Tumpal Dorianus Pardede Institute of Technology in Indonesia.

Mr Vallauthan Subraminam | President Director

     Appointed as President Director since August 2016. He has over 40 years experience in the palm oil plantation industry. as the head of the Company's Regional from 2007 to 2012, Senior Manager / Acting Controller Plantation IJM Plantation Berhad 2001 to 2007. Previously, he was Executive Director of PT Domba Mas Group, and Plantation Manager at PT Asian Agri Group, Hap Seng consolidated Berhad Group, and Kemayan Oil Palm Berhad. Mr Vallauthan Subraminam earned a Higher National Diploma in management from a supervisory management institute in the United Kingdom

Mr. Ramzi Sastra | director

     Appointed as Director since August 2013 and also served as Deputy Director of Commercial October 2011 to July 2012. He has 21 years experience in palm oil plantation industry and previously served as a downstream Commercial Manager of PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk from 2010 to 2011 and commercial manager PT Flora Sawita and Chemindo from 2006 to 2011.

A key experience in quality assurance and management and sales and marketing systems, which he has collected over the years from major players in the pulp and palm oil industry. Mr. Ramzi Sastra obtained his degree in chemical engineering from the University of North Sumatra in Indonesia and Master of Science in Marketing from the Management Studies Institute of Jakarta in Indonesia.

Mr. Nicholas Justin Whittle | Director / Independent Director

     Appointed as Independent Director of the Company since December 2016. He has extensive experience, especially in finance. Previously he was appointed as Independent Consultant of PT. Capital Inc. Tbk - International investment structuring and placement for JSX-listed energy provider in Jakarta (2011-2016), Siam Cement Consortium - Feasibility study for Underground Coal Gas CSG Boremaster - Investment proposal and financial modeling, PT ODG Indonesia - due diligence of acquisition candidate in Papua, Robust Resources Ltd - Due Diligence of operating and acquisition projects, and PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk. - International investor relations projects. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Hot-Hed International S.A (2006-2011), Technical Advisor of PT Trimegah Securities Tbk. (2001-2005), and Senior Manager at PT Kim Eng Securities (1999-2001).

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Oriental Studies (Japanese) from Selwyn College, Cambridge University and a Master's Degree in Oriental Studies (Japanese) from Selwyn College, Cambridge University and Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School New York, USA, in 1997.
